I have been going to this place since I was a little boy.
Later, in college, I introduced it to my friends and we would pick up 5 lbs of Carnitas/Carne Asada for New Years day. Tacos all day while watching all the college bowl games! Their carnitas are the best. The rest of their meat is nothing to laugh at either.
I highly recommend it!

It might be hot in here but when you order you find out why. All the food is amazing and will always have you coming back for more. Notice the tortilla cooking machine, their hand rolled taquitos, and hand made FRESH tamales. The bomb....don't forget the sides.

I've been buying carnitas from El Toro for years ... they are the best. Everone is helpful and your orders get filled pretty quick considering how crowded they always are, especially on weekends.

Pros

+ Staff is mostly Spanish speaking, but are very helpful for those who don't speak the language.
