Predictable Mex Tex fare. I like the more
"authentic" Mex restaurants, but this
is good as well. Great chips and dip.
Guacamole is consistently good. There
are several El Portons in the Memphis
area, but this one is our favorite.

Food was hot and enough portion to satisfy. The choices are more than usual and pricing was not too bad. Took a little longer than usual to get the food but that was okay since they kept us with chips and salsa.

God awful....please save your money
All El Portons are pretty much low end fake mexican food
that have a TV Dinner like flavor served by people who would rather be somewhere else

The food was satisfying and prices were reasonable. Unfortunately my wife received the wrong food from what she ordered but it was quickly remedied. The special priced margaritas were very tasty.
