This pollo loco is just average. The restaurant is never really clean. It is not as busy as other Pollo Locos, which is more of a reason it should be spotless. The service is just ok also. Parking in front of location.

Very good chicken and a real friendly staff. I find that most chains are about the same from store to store but the staff here go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The store is amazingly clean and well organized.
