In Short Farm workers and white-collar downtown denizens mingle in this nest of Mexican tiles, brightly painted walls and serape curtains. The food is as authentic as the decor, sticking to such classics as enchiladas, tortilla soup and fajitas. More adventurous types should go for the camarones a la diabla, jumbo shrimp sauteed in a tangy concoction of hot peppers and herbs.
