long wait for average meal

Got there about 8pm there was hardly anyone there someone fianlly seated us. Building was old and outdated. Love El Chicos but this one not so much.

POWDERED CHEESE ENCHILADAS

Every restaurant is cutting corners, I've had nacho cheese enchiladas (which are also terrible) but that was my first experience to have powdered cheese enchiladas.....not good!!! They didn't quite get the mixture moist enough, it was grain-ey! Yuck!!! Won't be back!
