I probably visit this EBs five times per year, and I love the Autumn roast and the bagels. Today, they messed my order up, and then very graciously remedied the situation. They went above and beyond....which is unusual these days. To the ownership of EB in Olathe and Overland Park: your staff did great! Thank you!

Einstein's has a strip mall formula store and this is it. They tend to like these corner spots. There is some seating but not a lot, so the formula seems to be grab and go for the most part. I'm not sure what it is about this location that makes it seem easy to drive by. I have a feeling it is the Overland Park …

I will never come back here again. If I could get my money back I would leave now. I came in for a simple sandwich, coffee and to surf the Internet. These idiots don't know how to maintain the wireless network, so I'm posting this message on my iPhone

Service at this location is HORRIBLE. I felt like a second-class citizen when I was in there. The food is overpriced for what you get, and it doesn't taste that great either. Won't ever go back.
