There are zero healthy casual options in Valdosta. Ordered what was suppose to be steel cut oatmeal and was served cold quick oats. Very disappointing. My boyfriend had a good sandwich and ranch potatoes.

Visited this establishment for lunch today. Very nice atmosphere & staff. I had the Cobb salad & tortilla soup. I really enjoyed my entree but I miss the avocado ranch salad dressing that they used to make. The soup was a good temperature with a palate pleasing taste. My dining partner had the French toast …

Awesome fresh omelettes. Had the Vera Cruz chicken and avocado omelette. The place was very clean and the service was great. This place is a hidden gem mine.

A decent place for breakfast with family or friends. I have had everything from the oatmeal pancake (HUGE) to the veggie omelet to the French toast. Everything has been good. Their coffee is "eh" but you can't have everything!

Great service, good food, friendly atmosphere. We were looking for a brunch on Easter and many places were closed. We were visiting from out of town and found this cute little place and enjoyed our meal.
