1. They will charge you double and triple of any other plumber.
2. They not only did not show up on time but they do not even show up on the same DAY as promised.
3. Management is very condescending when you try to work out the problem. DOESN'T EVEN APOLOGIZE!
4. Will break something then say they are not responsible.

This company has been a nightmare all around.

I am not happy with Edwards as I feel that I paid way too much for the sump pump change as told to me by subdivision's Manitenance Manager. In fact my Home Association did not cover my costs & I am in the hole for $450!
