Help us make it rightAWFUL service!!! We had them come out to tell us what was wrong with our refrigerator in November. They called us two and a half weeks later to let us know that the part would not be in until February!!! We only waited because we had already paid them to tell us what was wrong and did not want to have to pay a new company. February rolled around and still NO part and they had NO idea where the part was or when it was coming!! We demanded a refund and we were told we would get one, but two weeks later still NOTHING.
