The total lack of customer support overshadowed the product ! I purchased an MBI tool cabinet with top chest, both had glass fronts and lighting, a plus, the cabinet is ok, the chest is sprung almost 3/4" diagonally and every plastic pivot on the glass fronts was broken off ! I tried every number I could find for them but can't get any call to go through to a person/department !!!

I received a very quick response to the email I sent to customer service today about some damaged shelves I received. I was told they are sending me out replacements right away! Thank you

I must add though that the packaging does need improvement. (Like others have mentioned)
I also have an idea for the shelf assembly but it would most likely make them more expensive.

It is because of the lack of customer service after the sale for getting additional or replacement parts, that I gave a 2 rating. Product appears pretty good, but I found other options available for less with more shelves and heavier materials. They put paper work in their product and literature in the stores stating to contact them for additional parts or concerns, but it's just misleading...

Just picked up an Edsal Steel Storage Rack from Home Depot. Got it home and fully assembled and realized that one of the Posts was shorter than all of the others. Got on their website and tried calling their contact number. No answer. Tried calling the two numbers they provided on their paperwork within the box. No answer.
