Dishonest, had the timing belt replaced for preventive maintenance� the repair broke and he guaranteed the repair.. sent his son to tow the vehicle 30 miles. Charged approximately 150.00 for towing and after a heated argument he agreed not to charge 111.00 for the labor because he got AutoZone to pay the labor.

My window motor burnt out and I needed it replaced. They took the panel off(it was a Sunday-the only time I have to get it fixed because of work) and then called the place they get parts from but they were out so they told me to come back next Saturday and they would replace the motor then-they left the door panel off. I got home half noticing the dome light was on but not thinking anything...
