I always eat the "whole regular w/ everything except onions, the Ed's way please". The "Ed's way" means oil & vinegar, salt, pepper, and oregano. "Everything" is lettuce, tomato, onions, and hot pepper spread (pepperoncicni). They didn't even use mayo and mustard the first decade or so that I ate there. Food quality & customer service are tops. This is our weekly treat. Parking in back is a must as this place is very busy & the locals jam this place. Soups & Cookies are a very nice value added. We visit weekly.

I recently visited here for the first time. Their sandwiches are a good value for the price. I had both the pepper spread and the oil on my sandwich -- it was a little strong for my taste though you can get the pepper spread on the side to try and ration it for you. The location is somewhat hidden...

Hiding just off the beating place is one of the best delis I've ever stepped foot in. The sandwiches are great and that pepper spread makes it completely unforgettable.
