The grounds are not anything special The building looks like a brick parking garage Management not very nice The apartments very drafty not smoke fee at all Has a strange smell - not a place to call home Maintenance rarely fixes anything unless they have too Complaints have been sent to Attorney General's office The surrounding neighborhood is not very safe -drugs and shootings downtown

Edmands House gives you a lot of space for the price, and the apartment units themselves are very nice. Our two bedroom was clean and well maintained when we moved in, and all the included appliances (fridge, dishwasher, A/C) were in fine working order. As of August 31st, 2004, they included all utilities in the rent and gave you your last month free. Quite the bargain. It's the rest of the...

this is a nice place. very big,good neighborhood and access to everything you need. the only bad thing is that the balconies are climable and there was a rape there a long time ago

1 of the 2 buildings has stairs-only access (other has handicapped access via ramp). Difficult for handicapped folks, but also for those moving in/out.
