Even though I had thoroughly researched my intended purchase online, and knew I wanted a Miele, I was still unsure about the model, accessories etc. Though they had a steady stream of people in the shop that day, (all happy customers while I was there), the owner and his wife patiently explained everything I needed to know. No pressure, never a hint of impatience. I ended up buying the Miele Delphi at below online cost, and they added so many extras, (a whole years worth of bags,...

In feb 2008 i had edison install and new central vacuum system. Their full page add in the yellow pages says "installation and service". When i called for service they told me i would have to bring the unit in, that they did not make service calls...the unit is bigger than i am!! I don't care if they charge me for a service call...i just want it checked out and fixed! Is this really asking...
