Our company has placed several orders here. This last one on V-day was for 310.00$ no small order. We were promised a delivery by 1pm no later than 3pm. Our offices close at 5:30pm. They did not show up and they didn't call. When we contacted them we were placed on hold for 20 minutes. The manager then told us that she does not garauntee delivery and would hopefully have it to us by 5pm...

If you are looking for a different type of gift to have delivered- try out Edible Arrangements. They make arrangements from fruit and are very cool. You can eat the fruit off the stick and they fruit looks like flowers. The prices are comparable to what a real flower arrangment would be. They are very cool and get a lot of attention when delivered. Great alternative to flowers or balloons.
