The inside of the apartments are renovated, they are very professional, great staff, not much complain, only one I have is that where my apartment is located some smell of cigarette smoke does come in the hallway leading to my apartment, which I dislike because I dont like smoke smells.
This apartment complex has never been managed the correct way. The repairs are never done correctly when they actually get done! The maintenance man doubles as the property manager which is a big joke. The buildings are falling apart, the basement is continuously flooded, and there are waterbugs, and cockroaches everywhere. And by the way, when you move out dont bother asking for your security...
820$$ for a new kitchen... my kitchen isnt completed after THREE months. there are roaches everywhere. i have to call the manager EVERYDAY to see if he is coming to finished my kitchen. DONT LIVE HERE IT SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!
.....when reading others opinion. In my case I had a good experience living there. The apartment was given to me in a good condition. I was treated with respect and my complaints were addressed.
