Frustrated with new purchase 2012 Fiat 500 Abarth

I purchased this car about 1 month ago with 25k miles. Less than 100 miles after the purchase the check engine light came on. Took it into the Fiat dealer and they said it had an evap code error. They cleared the code and said it should just be a loose gas gap or something. 100 miles later, light comes on again. Take it back to Fiat and they update the ECU and clear the code. 100 miles later...

The buying experience was great! However when we took it back for spoiler and tint, and clean that it did not get when we bought it, because the guy had teeth pulled, the only thing done was swept. No fluids added, nothing was clean. Rita
