Terrible service and very deceptive. I was tricked by Ed Fowlers staff (Rhonda) into staying with this agency by making my first month payment very cheap. Then my monthly payments jumped up substantially after that first payment and nobody could explain to me why, except for the fact they were making up for making the first payment so cheap. (Also meanwhile trying to convince me that it was my fault)

I have had Ed as my agent for many years, he and his staff are very friendly and always responsive to any questions I might have. I would reccomend them to anyone needing am insurance agent.
