On July 12, 2014 I called and spoke to Laurie regarding bringing in my vehicle to repair due to a recall.  She said she would order the part and call me.On July 29, 2014 I spoke to Laurie because I had not heard anything.  She was rude and abrupt stating that if she didn't call me then the part was not in.  As of today, 8.20.14 no one from Ed Bozarth has called.  I guess I need to have an...

Salesman Hugo was pleasant and informative. We understand the buy today format but we did not feel pressure to buy. The sales manager ran the numbers and presented his deal at $20,294. I showed him a check that I had pre-printed for $20,000. and he accepted that number. I was pleasantly surprised!
