don't expect the red carpet treatment. Expect your car to get fixed. Expect a good estimate and they will hit it while you sit in an uncomfortable chair. If you don't like it they don't care and neither do I.
We took our car into the muffler shop to have a muffler installed under the car. The muffler itself has been custom built, and it fits perfectly in place. When I took the car and muffler to Economy Muffler, they told me that the muffler did not fit. In addition, they told me that the catalytic converter was leaking, which is 1. nowhere near the muffler and 2. also not true. After an estimate of yet another $400, I decided to find another shop to install it. When I came to pick up the car, the window was wide open, along with all the door locks. The area this shop is located in is known for theft and violence. It is UNACCEPTABLE to knowing lie to the customer and disrespect the property of a potential customer.
DO NOT BRING YOUR BUSINESS HERE.
THEY CLEARLY ARE NOT WORKING TO HELP THE CUSTOMER!

Recommended by Lee Auto Tech. They are very good at what they do, very good price, only recommend what are needed. The guy doesn't talk much, may appear unfriendly. If you can over look that, you get the very good service and very good price.
these guys have treated me great for 10+ years, though i have no connection to them. they've tuned up my beaters for next to nothing, and done brake work at a fraction of the standard bid. new front pads and rotors? $179! always honest and fair. highly recommended.
i brought my impala in there for a catalytic converter it was only $200 installed. it only took them 20 min. wow!! what service and great people to work with. I told my friend about them and he had custom dual exhuast done and also was very pleased. thanks guys your the best!!
