I worked for this company, the guys that do your jobs are great. They work for a horrible owner. Who I witnessed him cussing them cussing customers. This is wrong. If you have a bad management then things will go wrong. Even the lady that has been with him screams and disrespect the workers and customers.

I have used Econo Rooter on a few occasions. During each interaction, I received professional, quality service at a reasonable price. I would definitely call Econo Rooter for future plumbing needs.

They are awful! Insisted on coming out a Fri evening and couldnt fix it even if I wanted them to since they couldnt get parts. Quoted a price of $360 claiming it would take 2 men. Plus I had to pay $85 (minus a $20 coupon) for the 10 min diagnosis. Ended up getting another plumber, one guy, fix it for $170. They are crooks.

Do not call this company they are the worst company they will not fix the problem even though they caused it. these guys are unprofessional. they let my pet out by leaving the door open and it took me 5 days to finally find her. they also dumped the bucket they were using in my grass killing the grass and ruining the soil with drain cleaner. when i contacted them they refused to give me just $20 to dig out the effected area and put fresh soil and sod down. what kind of employee would dump caustic...
