I went to the one on Kirby. We moved to the area so I went in and asked how much they charged for men's shirts. She told me .99 per shirt with dry cleaning. I asked her how much the pants were to clean and she told me $3.50 each. Imagine my surprise when I arrived to pick up the pants and they charge for the pants had gone up by over $4.00!!!! Le Bon cleaners did anything but meet even minimum expectations. I told the person at the front counter that my clothes needed to be dry cleaned. When I returned to pick them up, the same person tells me that she "didn't think they needed to be dry cleaned," and so they were simply laundered. Every single item was destroyed.
