Went to Eccoli two months ago....I followed my brilliant stylist Bethany there from another salon. Quaint Newbury Street style salon, very clean and relaxing. I went for the works...overall color, then highlights, formaldehyde-free Brazilian Blowout and cut and final blow dry. I felt like a new woman. Bethany did exactly what I asked while giving me her honest opinion. I had frizzy damaged gray curly hair on the way in and sleek, smooth, silky, straight blonde highlighted hair on the way out. People have actually stopped me in the street to compliment my hair. It's not inexpensive...

Maddy is a color genius. I recently went to L.A. to attend a Grammy's party -- and wanted to look good. Maddy had just done my color. My friend and I booked appointments to get our hair styled at a high-end Hollywood salon. Apparently, Jennifer Anniston gets her hair done there daily. More than one stylist asked, ""Where do you get your color done? This is fabulous!"" Maddy's up there with the best!

Maddie's GREAT with curly hair

Though I live a good distance away, it's worth the trek to have Maddie color and cut my curly-bordering-on-unkempt hair. She expresses her considerable artistic talent through her cuts, while still leaving you with a manageable style that lasts until the next visit. She's also fun to talk to. Her colleagues at Eccoli are also nice, and when others there have colored my hair, they've consistently done a fine job.
