Ebisu has good food with reasonable prices. The food is consistent too. I do have to agree that the service has a lot to be desired, however management is good about fixing the problem. When I go there with my young son, they are quick to bring out a small dish with character utensils to make him a little happy camper. Ebisu has such good ramen. I like the miso ramen with chicken. They have a large variety of desserts and such, but I usually go with the mochi ice cream.

The service is not so great. I've sat there more than once with no service for 10 to 15 minutes, but the ramen is so good I can deal with it.

Okay, hands down, the Katsudonburi is over the top. It's a favorite of my wife and I. The only place we've found in OC that serves it is Ebisu. So, for that, we endure the long waits for a table and even longer waits to order and be served.
