Got our cat from west side cats. Took her to dr. Ebert for her spay and rabies vaccine. Staff was very rude. Called to check on our kitten and they said to pick her up Saturday morning. The diagnosis is always quick and it has not always been accurate but it has been my unfortunate experience that no matter which vet I go to problems are either diagnosed wrong or can t be figured out at all. I do agree about the receptionist (didn t realize she was Dr. Ebert s wife). She is very mean. I do dread approaching her desk or even calling in. I will not be going there again.

They are cheaper but they miss things. You have to watch out for yourself. New Dr. give me antibiotics when he just said she didn't need them...charged me 20$ for them. ...this when Dr. Ebert charged 10$ for same pills on separate occasion. It happens so much it seems like more than oversight. With 5 dogs I can't afford to go other places but you have to watch this place. I am looking at a bill...
