I would have given them 5 stars for the fact that they fixed my vacuum, but with the customer service I'd give them no stars. I went to pick up my vacuum and when the one guy couldn't find it the other guy told him it was in the back. He then proceeded to say to me, "It had too much smell I didn't want it in here."
