Terrific Place! We've had our three children there over the last two years and the last one is due to leave this month. We came from two other previous places that we had difficulties with and this place was a godsend. The teachers are genuinely warm and friendly and truly seem to adore our children. The leaders were bureaucratic and did not want to take responsibility. Worse yet, some actively participated gossiping. Some teacher's aides were not very interested in the children, just waiting for the hours to pass.
I agree with the infighting of staff. And a lack of communication between the staff of the classrooms as well. There have been A LOT of staffing changes- classroom closed, teachers switched and administration leaving...it makes me wonder what the problem is here? If the staff is at a state of unrest, how are they supposed to care and focus on my child? I am disappointed and considering leaving...
