My mom is a fall risk. Has the band on her wrist designating so. Did the nurses or aides have the railings up on her bed? No. Did they come quickly when SHE FELL OUT OF BED and help her? No. Took 30 minutes. It would have taken longer had my mother's roommate's family not been there to throw a fit on behalf of my mothe...r. The nursing supervisor refused to come talk to my mom or her roommates...

Took my daughter last night due to her having difficulty breathing. Got there at 11:30pm, didn't even get into triage till 12:30am. Got into the room seen Dr. They took her blood. Came back in at 2am stating she needed an Iv the nurse who performed it this time was RUDE & very rough. The 1st nurse told her that she wou...ldn't get an iv in her arm n the nurse continued to poke my 5 yr old...
