The customer service at this store is superb. I have used them twice and am about to use them for a third time. Their installers work for them, they are not sub-contractors, and that makes all the difference. Great selection and quick installation. Terrific.

The customer came to our store to purchase flooring, we scheduled the consumer for a measure and went out on April 3rd, 2007. The consumer approved the order and told us to go ahead and place the order. The consumer signed the contract, when the material arrived at our warehouse we called the consumer several times to schedule the job, we never received a call back.
