I have been a member for 30 years and found out today that all my money is gone due to "dormant fees". I will NEVER suggest anyone do banking with you again. Never was I contacted to be made aware of this. They even closed my account on me "automatically". What a poor excuse of an banking institution!!

Have been a great bank, but today I took rolled coins in to deposit to a savings account. Found out they charge 3% on anything over $20 for coins. Said they still have to count them, as they should, but as this was a deposit and not an exchange, I don't agree with the fee. Not cool EICU. Rethink this one, at least for deposits.

I've been a member for 39 years. But as of right now, I am less than impressed with 'my Credit Union'. Over the years it has been my misfortune to run afoul of the insurance binders required for vehicle loans. Today I realized that I had been charged a huge amount for 'collateral protection'. I have had Farmer's Insurance for nearly as long as I have had my EICU membership. Why can't you people...
