My family and I just got eye exams from the East Bay Vision Center, in Oakland (over at Harrison Street). We had a good time with the staffs who were very helpful to choose the eyewear for us. This vision center is the worst optometry place to get your eye check up. They have super bad service and their frames are very pricey compare to any other places. They jack up their frames x3 times or more of the amount they pay for. PLEASE DO NOT GO THERE!!!! You will REGRET it. Take my words for it. It's also the same thing the one they open up on 9th in Oakland and the one in Fremont too.

I have my frame done and the lens on my frame is not even.
The staff have very bad customer service.
Over Charge me for the lens.
Big Mistake to have my frame done there.
I will take my business some where else.
