This company didn't really help me. I needed to replace a pump at Oakland and I called and emailed several times and would get very little in the way of responses. Whenever I called the person on my case had always just stepped out. I never got a call back. I emailed several times and only a couple times got a response. I ended up going with another company. Pool customer service.

Only company that knows what it's doing

Although I had difficulty reaching and scheduling this company, they seem to be the only Bay Area pump company that is consistently good at what it does. Once you get them to your problem, they will fix it.
