Very respectful people. They take their time and answer any questions we had. Our landlord has called another pest control that did nothing. These people went outside and inside our apartments and came back 2 weeks after their first treatment. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Thank you.

When I needed an emergency follow up...I was told it would be weeks unless I wanted to use Eddie, the one who leaves gates open and puts his clipboard with my check on the roof of his truck and drives off. As much as I love the product the service continues to go down hill. Moving on !

It's sad that one of your employees jokingly identified me as one of his (former) customers on a video he posted on Facebook in regards to open carrying his ar15. I will tell every single person I know not to use your company.

Please do not waste your time and money with Earth Wise. We were told that their treatments were guaranteed to work. Their treatments were totally ineffective on our ant problem, but they refused to refund our money. We are now $175 out of pocket and faced with seeking a traditional exterminator service.
