I am very dissapointed! Especially that you feel that it is sufficient to only give parents 30 days notice on policy changes ie. No longer accepting 10 yr olds. Not to mention the disrespectful way your facility acted @ my job for their field trip. Almost forgot to mention that my child passed out at Safety Village because he was denied water.
