Wonderful every way . . really and truly.

My wife was miserable. She suffered from vertigo spells, a tight band in her head and rocking for two years. We went from neurologists, allergists and ENTs to the famous House Ear Institute. Sometimes she did better, but it was terrible to see her suffer and be helpless to stop it. She lost weight and got depressed and hooked on pain pills. Life was barely worth facing each day. Finally, our neighbor gave us Dr. Carol Jackson's card and offered to pay for my wife to go for a consultation. We thank our lucky stars and God and our neighbor we did. Dr. Jackson went through the 4 different problems combined that had to be treated in unison. She had a back up plan and offered outpatient surgery. What a kind and caring woman. We left with a written treatment plan. The weight of the world was lifted off our shoulders. Right away the worst of the problems began to imporove. With two return checks, my wife was about 75% better and back to the bride I married. We wouldn't go anywhere else! Our insurance covered almost everything. We are very happy.

Amazing Ear Center & Gracious Surgeon

I don't much go to drs. but had an all around phenomenal experience. Mainly I got the help I yearned for from the prestigious clinic with Dr. Carol Jackson from the House Ear in Los Angeles. The appointments were organized, thorough and treatment was in depth with a logical game plan. I was given options every step of the way. The fire and shooting pains in my ears went away and my hearing improved. Dr. Jackson's the kind of doctor who always want. Took time with me and my family. We say a news reporter and a judge we know of while we were there.

Miracle Worker Gave My Husband's Life Back

I can't thank Dr. Carol Jackson enough. My husband suffered from painful itchy ears on fire. He went to one doctor after the next and got more drops but not a removal of build up he needed to get it cleared. That's what Dr. Jackson did and treated for 3 weeks and it was a cure! Thank you, thank you to Dr. Jackson and her excellent nurses and audiologists. We took other relatives and friends in for congenital ear deformity, old age hearing loss for digital hearing aids and my dizziness after an ear infection. Dr. Jackson told us like it is, the real deal, and got to the bottom of ear problem. She gave us prescription medications that worked, or had to operate and do surgery for dizziness and infections if medication didn't do the job. When we were there we saw our doctor neighbor coming in for his ears to be checked and he said he would never go anywhere else. That's good enough for me! Dr. Jackson was the right hand doctor for famous Dr. House who got nominated for a Nobel Prize. Very nice people there, too. Thumbs up!

Went the extra mile for my horrible ear infections from surfers ears. Dr. Carol Jackson took them out painlessly. Was surf riding in 3 weeks!
