Called 6/13/13 for free advice on mid-mower not starting.Carl advised the Drive Shaft might not be engaged. The mannual wasn't much help to troubleshoot the cutter not working but Carl's advise was very helpful. It's always been that way getting help from the Service Counter as well as repairs and sales.
