Maintenance and parking is good. Staff and management don't give two licks about their customers. I was put out of my apartment for 2 days due to a water leak caused by their crew. I couldn't use my kitchen and I was not compensated.
Don't be fooled by their claims of 'luxury'. Appliances are ancient, dishwasher and dryer were broken when I moved in. Cabinets in bathroom and kitchen are poorly...

Love living here awesome view of lakes and mountains. Easy access to Hwy 34, Interstate 25, and LOTS of shopping. Not your average apartment more like town homes. Cute and cozy!
