Musical theatre can only be topped with a desert at Eagan's on Water eaten al fresco. The nightlife on Water St. is sparkling and Eagan's is like champagne.

Large restaurant, spacious, enjoyed the atmosphere. Parking wasn't too bad, but it can be hard to find a spot. Romantic and elegant. Went here after the symphony. Service was great, along with the drinks. Ordered a fish sandwich, very filling, but great. Since we went almost 9 months ago, I can't remember what exactly we ordered, but it was very tasty.
