I shipped a very expensive collectable through EZ Parcel. they shipped it by UPS. The item was badly damaged either during the packing or during the shipment. I filed a damage claim for the amount of the insurance purchased, $5,000.00, and it took two months before UPS even came to EZ Parcel to examine the damage. UPS supposedly denied the claim and I can't even get a copy of the denial. ...
