We took a 6 day US coast tour and IT WAS A DISASTER. Not only do they not treat us like humans but they are an unorganized company that has the worst staff.
The first night we got there our flight was delayed so we had to take the shuttle to the hotel ourselves but when we got there I went to the front desk and they said there was two rooms under our name (we only needed one room) but the room was checked in by the tour company and given to someone else. Luckly there was a tour guide in the lobby yelling at the phone about can't finding us and when we told her she was talking about us she runs outside (so basically she KNEW when we came there was no room for us) so then she moved us to another hotel and when we got there they said there was no room for us! I had to call back to the other hotel to find her and after an hr we got a room by this time it was 2AM we orginally got to the other hotel around 11-12.
The next day we didnt even get to be with our original tour guide and was pushed around to 2 tour guides. Its ridiculous that I should be even paying any tour guide fee.
When we finally found our tour guide he never gave us any explanation about the hotel incident. The next couple of days he wouldn't even bother explaining any sort of information about the places we were in or tell us the itinerary. When we were driving from niagara falls to Boston (took 7 hours) WE ONLY GOT 1 WASHROOM BREAK! think of the kids and elderly people on the bus!!
Be careful when booking a tour even from your local city travel agency, I booked it from local town agency and they forwarded us to a Vancouver company Grand Holiday which gave us all the information and pins with their logo on it but when we got there turns out the whole tour was led by e-world 天馬

Worst tour company ever. Great at ripping customers off.
Went to the Washington D.C. tour (2 days and 1 night). My tour guide was called Jacky Huang and his English was terrible. When I signed up, the flyer stated that I would be going to see the "President's Museum" in Washington D.C. I took 3 day tour to Canada from 28 Bowery on 7/15/11 - 7/18/11 and it turned out to be horrible.The company is on the 2nd floor walkup. There are no guides out on the street to direct customers to destination. The tour guide Mr. Wang did not have good relationship with customers that are not Asian. We could not understand him.
