I've only been at Dwell a few months now, but absolutely love everything about it.

I'm in one of the older buildings, which has 11 foot ceilings, and has new and luxurious finishes. So far its been one of my favorite apartments I've ever lived in.

The pool is great and always empty in the mornings.

The only reason its not a full 5 stars is:

Pros:
- Great location: walking distance to restaurants, shopping and w/in close proximity to interstate
- Nice pool area w/ saltwater pool, hot tub and outdoor fireplace
- Controlled access building and trash shoot (Dwell II)

Nice pool and BBQ spots outdoors, Great location: easy access to downtown Franklin, Cool Springs, and Nashville. The apartment was nice, somewhat modern. The staff are attentive and nice.
