The prices are great if you're buying equipment or rolls of film but the customer service is fair to poor. If you are not definitely buying a high end item they want nothing to do with you. On the developing side I've never had them done there but I know that they send their slides and black and white processing to Chromatics around the corner from them. I've used Dury's for a few years now over some other chain developers such as Motophoto and Wolf.
Dury's does a good job on developing in particular. I also use Chromatics at time, but usually just end up at Dury's. Location isn't the best, but safe. No weekend hours at this location which is frustrating at times.
