I just switched doctors because I've had a string of horrible experiences with Dr. Duong and his office. His office staff is rude and has zero customer service skills. Their computer system...

I had three appointments with Dr. Duong but it should have stopped at 1 because it is one of the least efficient offices I have entered...but I want to start this off with a plea to Dr. Duong...
