Great location near the Perimeter Mall commercial area and convenient access, right down the street from North Springs Marta station. Neighbors are quiet and mostly keep to themselves. The complex remains quiet all throughout the day and evening. Complex also has a pool and exercise room as amenities. I have been living here around an year and since I moved in never thought of move out. It's a great location, near to Marta, Highway 400 and other shops. Staffs are friendly and helpful.

I lived here for over three years and loved it! The location is supreme and the community very peaceful. My apartment was spacious and affordable. Unlike the previous reviewer, I didn't get charged anything at move out.

I lived at Dunwoodyd Ridge for 3 years. When I moved out, I was stuck with $835.00 in unreasonable charges. They claimed they had to replace the carpet, however, they could have cleaned it. I have no pets. This alone cost 350.00 as they replaced all of the carpet. I tried to dispute the charges and they sent me to a collector who was not nice. I've never in over 20 years EVER had to pay when...
