I have found ZERO positive reviews on this guy after he hosed me. Avoid this company at all costs. The "service tech" Scott Thomas has been here 2x now, was shockingly unprofessional, and was unable to fix my dishwasher. On my final call, he informed me it wasn't working because "of a communication problem and my dishes" which is odd because it doesn't work when its empty either. He refused to...

They came out first to fix a fridge that wouldn't cool and all they did was run a blowdryer on a part that sometimes goes bad. Had to call them 2 weeks later because the same issue occurred. This guy came out for a leaky dishwasher and I am into my second month and it still is not repaired...even though he was paid already! He came back 5 or 6 times and still came up with lame reasons as to why it was ocurring.
