The lack of English speaking employees is frustrating. And when they get something completely wrong, the ownership and management are hugely unhelpful. Even after I showed the cashier an email saying this location owed me a free coffee, I was denied until I was walking...out the door. Of course there was a huge line at that point and I wasn't going to hold it up even more so than the back up...
