Horrible customer service, worse quality than other Dunkin's. Avoid this one at all costs... not worth it even if you are getting gas - stop elsewhere

They can NEVER follow simple instructions.... I ask very clearly and specifically for a plain bagel lightly toasted with extra butter and the few times I try and give them the benefit of the doubt...
