Bought a expensive drink, asked for senior discount. She refused & said "I already rung it in. "Then refused to make it the way I wanted it. After I complained she did it. Then slammed my drink down to me. Never a smile or thank...you. This gal needs some more training or she should not be working with people. Store on College Ave.j

Quick service and clean facility

I stopped in at 6:45 am on Saturday morning. I got a large hot coffee and a half dozen donuts. The selection of donuts was good and the coffee was hot and fresh. The facility was cleaner and larger than most Dunkin Donuts I have...been to.

Donuts of course are available and some other baked goodies. You can get serviceable lunches and there is room to sit down and converse. Better coffee than over-rated Starbucks.

I only go to DD on rare occasions because my experience there--especially at the one in Waterville on College Avenue--has been so poor. But, like an optimistic fool who likes to see his glass as half-full, I give them a chance every now and again....And they blow it every time.
