Jack day” manager terrible

Terrible service. I ordered the $3 Dunkin wrap with any beverage which excludes the small wake up wrap and “Jack day” the manager on staff was laughing in my face and made me repeat to him 6 times my order after having to come in...and get my money back which he said he wasn’t allowed to do but didn’t care at this point. Terrible service and management.
