Cappuccino Not Good

I stopped by for a Cappuccino coffee. Although I added a sweetener, I found it to be very harsh. They were doing a pretty good business. Perhaps the donuts were better. Unfortunately,
I had to put it discretely in the trash can.

Stopped in for breakfast

We were staying in a nearby hotel and stopped in for breakfast. The breakfast sandwiches were good as usual and the coffee was great. They run an efficient operation. It is located in the very quaint Keene downtown.

Quick Coffee if Not Fussy

I normally go to one of the traditional higher end coffee shops in the area. However, I thought today that I would try this Dunkin location for the opportunity for comparison.

Being right off West Street, this location is very convenient to local grocery stores,...banks, and many local businesses.

The parking is a little cramped, but adequate and is free, unlike Main Street.

This location is pretty quick and easy to access. As Keene has 3 Dunkin's, this place is second best. They are friendly, quick and easy.

Service is slow. They will make you wait for long periods of time almost every time. They make your coffee wrong each time. They burn your food and have terrible customer service. I recommend...
